We only accept orders placed within Australia. All of our orders are in Australian currency (AUD).
Parcels are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia within 48 hours of orders being placed, this excludes weekends or any public holidays. All orders placed within Australia in metropolitan areas will generally receive their delivery within 5-10 business days with Australia Post Standard Shipping and 2-4 business days with Australia Post Express Post Shipping. Australian rural areas may take 7-12 business days to receive their delivery (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Gisele Collection offers a three (3) month express warranty on our jewellery from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase must be provided for your warranty to be valid. Warranty covers manufacturing defects however it does not cover neglect, wear & tear, loss, damage, breakage, changes in appearance on all or part of the jewellery due to normal wear or careless handling.
All jewellery pieces excluding earrings (for hygiene reasons) may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. We do not offer a refund for change of mind or incorrect size choice however we are happy to provide an exchange. Free shipping does not apply to items returned for exchange. A delivery fee of $9.95 will apply at the customers expense to deliver their exchanged purchase in Australia and $19.95 for all International orders at the customers expense. Exchange is subject to stock availability.
