Gisele Collection offers a three (3) month express warranty on our jewellery from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase must be provided for your warranty to be valid.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects however it does not cover neglect, wear & tear, loss, damage, breakage, changes in appearance on all or part of the jewellery due to normal wear or careless handling.

It is important to follow the Care Instructions found on our website for your warranty to be valid. Please note that tarnishing occurs naturally and therefore, cleaning is not covered by the warranty.

If a manufacturing defect appears during the warranty period we will replace the item.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonable foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
